Everybody’s wondering about this #EveryMickleMekaMuscle Challenge. What is it about really? Well it’s pretty simple, each day this month Bikram Yoga is challenging you to “strike a pose”! A yoga pose that is. Very similar to the days of planking, this challenge also invites you to take the time to practice your yoga poses.
